Our Team

  • Cory

For Cory, stewarding this land is more than a lifestyle—it’s the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. He learned through volunteering and apprenticing on a few organic permaculture farms, and through years of trial and error on our own land that backs up to the swamp in zone 9b. With a deep reverence for nature, Cory has spent years experimenting with food forest systems, soil health and regenerative practices on our evolving homestead. An intensive agroforestry course he took in South Florida opened up new possibilities for designing systems that work with the land, not against it, cultivating deep abundance, resilience, and harmony across the ecosystem.

  • Hannah

Hannah’s journey has always been rooted in healing—of the body, the land, and the spirit. A certified yoga instructor with years of experience, she brings a deep sense of presence and intuition to her work. Her path began in 2016, work-trading on organic farms, where the seed was planted for a life close to the earth. Since then, she’s followed her vision of tropical farm life, where growing food and herbs naturally led to a passion for making plant medicine. A creative in the kitchen, Hannah also loves to cook and preserve what the land provides—turning harvests into nourishing meals, ferments, and herbal remedies. Inspired by many healing modalities and guided by her connection to nature, she weaves wellness into every aspect of daily life.

  • Chelsea

Chelsea is the person behind so much of what happens on the farm. As our long-term farm assistant and volunteer coordinator, she truly does it all—from planting and harvesting to guiding new hands and keeping the day flowing with intention and care. A certified herbalist and experienced community event planner, Chelsea brings both skill and spirit to every project she touches. Whether she’s blending teas, organizing workshops, or working side-by-side in the soil, her energy is grounded, generous, and deeply aligned with the land. She’s a connector, a cultivator, and an essential part of our farm family.

  • Bhakti, Priya & Snoopy

These majestic Great Pyrenees work in harmony to watch over our homestead, keeping a keen eye on everything from wandering predators to curious wildlife. Bhakti leads with calm strength, Priya brings a nurturing vigilance, and Snoopy—our spirited scout—adds a playful but ever-alert presence. Together, they offer more than protection; they are constant companions, faithfully walking beside us in the garden, through the fields, and in the rhythm of everyday life.
